How to Raise a Complaint with Directorsguidance Tree Service
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Directorsguidance Tree Service to get fair, honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Directorsguidance Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we matched you with
If the Issue Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, first raise it with the provider. Keep a written record.
Then tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please note that Directorsguidance Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Steps to File
Email contact@directorsguidance.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may also help.
